Q: What areas of Dayton do you service?
A: South Side Lock & Key’s standard service area includes the following cities / suburbs / townships….

Q: Do you act in any way as a sub-contractor or work at all with ‘third-party’ service providers?
A: No. South Side prides itself on its relationships with END USERS ONLY. We have made it a policy to not work on behalf of anyone but those directly benefiting from and directly compensating us for our rekey, repair and installation services. Aside from a few select ‘property management companies’ who work closely with the property owners or their designated HOA’s, we avoid any sort of exploitative middle man making his money by farming out service calls from a remote office in New York or Chicago or the like.
Q: Do you offer emergency / 24 hr. service?
A: South Side does not currently offer 24 hour service. However, a tech is on call Monday - Friday evenings from 8:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. to respond to requests from established commercial accounts.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: South Side Lock & Key accepts cash, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard for most services; however, the following restrictions apply…
Personal checks must be accompanied by a valid driver’s license. All lockouts are cash or credit ONLY.
